OLISER, a company based out of FOUR global locations, namely: Johannesburg & Durban, South Africa (Oliser Global), Ankara, Turkey (R&D) and Paris, France (Oliser Europe) is a serious world-leading contender in the development and manufacture of inkjet recycling equipment.

OLISER GLOBAL
Oliser Global with its two offices in Durban and Johannesburg, South Africa is responsible for global strategy; this includes agent and distribution appointments worldwide.

Oliser Global is active in the direct marketing of product in these regions:

  • Asia and Pacific Rim
  • Africa
Oliser Global also designs and develops machines, parts and partakes in R&D with Turkey.


OLISER TURKEY
Is directly responsible for core R&D and the manufacture of machines, equipment and supplies.

Boasting a sizeable factory with the latest computerised engineering machinery and a pool of electronics engineers, Ankara is the hub for production.

Oliser Global is also active in the direct marketing of product in these regions:

  • Australia
  • Asia and Pacific Rim

OLISER EUROPE
Oliser Europe is based in Paris, France. Its responsibilities includes European strategy and the management and appointment of agents on the continent.

Oliser Europe brings exciting dynamics to the fore with a series of well organised import schemes to ensure that import duties is zero on imports landing fro Turkey or South Africa; saving recyclers money on paying duty on non-EU commodities.


COMPANY HISTORY
In 1990, electronic engineers established the company. As well as competing in the recycling world, with numerous outlets throughout Turkey, the shareholders saw the need for the development of inkjet remanufacturing machines to the local Turkish market.

At the inception of machine development, the company heads saw the requirement to create a carefully designed strategy in launching their early developments; in order to test and certify their machines’ capability, OLISER decided to supply the Turkish market exclusively. In this way R&D as well as onsite maintenance could be undertaken at customer sites within close proximity to OLISER branch offices.

As with any innovative and dynamic project of this nature, in addressing the world of inkjet cartridges, now a huge sector in the printer market, it was important that problems were contained in the national market. OLISER has no shame about earlier machines that encountered problems. From their dogged tenacity and good ethic, the owners of OLISER were able to grow from strength-to-strength.

The culmination of years of R&D coalesced with massive capital investment has been the advent of the MAVISTAR NEW GENERATION range of machines launched to the international market in January 2003.

OLISER is now going global with its proud product portfolio. Interest in the machines has been immense and recorded sales turnover has reached unexpected levels. It had never been envisaged in the scope of such an inaugurate launch that so many units would be purchased.

OLISER has adopted a clean distributor channel strategy in marketing and selling their machines internationally; this has been embarked upon for a number of reasons. Firstly, people of any given country prefer to be able to “touch and feel” the machines under demonstration before committing to ordering, also, people prefer to have a local distributor for warranty and technical support recourse within their country.

Notwithstanding ongoing distributor appointments, OLISER is in the midst of creating its own regional offices in France and South Africa.

Despite unwavering support to its distributors, OLISER HQ plays an integral role in marketing the machines via trade journals, industry publications and by attending international recycling exhibitions.

With in-house microprocessor development as well as engineering facilities, OLISER has been able to adapt and improve their machines on an ongoing and regular basis. The ability to produce and research new ideas within its own facilities has abridged lead-times in improving machines and addressing new cartridge models on the market.

OLISER boasts a down-to-earth fashion in dealing with its clients, listening to their every need and requirement. OLISER’S directors believe that this is a unique strength that its main rivals lack. In keeping with this, OLISER has the ability to custom-build machines to exact customer specification, and in record time.

OLISER now boasts in excess of 35 new models in the product portfolio. The array of machines include those that address every segment of the market; from SOHO (Small Office Home Office) filling machines, through storefront units, right the way up to professional machines that employ cutting edge proprietary technology as is the case with the MS-COLOR range which fill in a vacuum environment.

Aside from the diverse range of actual filling machines available, OLISER has developed cartridge testing; print test and sealing machines for popular cartridges.

OLISER is launching machines almost every fortnight to keep abreast with technology. In offering the market arguably the most broad-based range of machines - one is sure to be just right for you.

After the enormous success the World Expo in Las Vegas brought for OLISER, the company has just attended the world renowned REMAX expo in Paris, between 15~17 April 2003. The response has been overwhelming. Be sure to see OLISER at this year's WORLD EXPO in Las Vegas.
